(Worthington, Mn.)– A single vehicle crash very early this (Thurs.) morning near Bigelow, Minnesota, injured a Worthington man.
The Minnesota State Patrol says says 29-year-old Virgilio Cerda of Worthington lost control of a 2016 Dodge Caravan. An accident report says the vehicle was traveling westbound through a field, crossed Highway 60 and came to rest on the west side of some railroad tracks.
Cerda was taken to a Sioux Falls hospital. His injuries were described as non-life threatening.
The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Sanford Worthington EMS personnel and the Bigelow Fire Department also responded to the scene. The crash took place around 12:02 am.
