Single Vehicle Crash Injures Arnolds Park Woman

(Spirit Lake)—Authorities are releasing information into a single-vehicle crash back on March 20th that injured an Arnolds Park woman.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 33-year-old Josie Krivolavy of Arnolds Park was driving a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee southbound in the 2400 block of Highway 71 when a tire blew out, causing her to lose control. The vehicle left the road, hitting the outer slope of ditch and a fence before coming to rest in a field.

Krivolavy was taken by private vehicle to Lakes Regional Healthcare for treatment of non-incapacitating injuries.

Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500; damage to the fence owned by Jack Johnson of Milford was put at $100.

The crash took place shortly before noon.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Milford and Arnolds Park Police Departments, Lakes Regional Healthcare ambulance and paramedics, the Milford Fire Department and Milford Rescue.
