(Hartley)– A single vehicle crash in O’Brien county has claimed the life of a Hartley teen.
The Iowa State Patrol says a 2000 Honda Accord was southbound in the area of Van Buren Avenue and 300th Street northwest of Hartley. Troopers say the vehicle left the road and struck a creek embankment.
The 16-year-old driver died in the crash. It took place around 8:30 am Wednesday.
