(Sibley)– A Sibley eighteen-year-old has been arrested on five counts of burglary in Sibley.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has filed a criminal complaint accusing 18-year-old Isaac White of Sibley and an unnamed codefendant of committing a series of burglaries in Sibley. He was arrested last week.

In his statement, the deputy says there is video evidence. A shoe print from an Air Jordan shoe was also discovered on a kicked-in door, and a pair of Air Jordans were found when a search warrant was served at the home of the two accused in the crime. Several prescription pills belonging to the owner of one of the properties were also found at the home during the execution of the search warrant.

White was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary, a class D felony. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison on each count. He faces a preliminary hearing on the charges on November 12th.

At last report, White remained in the Osceola County Jail in Sibley in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
