(Sibley)– A search of a residence Tuesday in Sibley resulted in the arrests of three people on drug charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies executed a search warrant at 215 5th Street in Sibley that resulted in the arrests of 23-year-old Jose Ayala, 18-year-old Roberto Ayala and 24-year-old Diego Sanchez…all of Sibley. All three were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; prohibited acts…an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor. An additional charge of driving while suspended was filed against Jose Ayala.
Roberto Ayala and Sanchez were booked into the Osceola county jail on a $3,300 cash bond; bond for Ayala was set at $3,600.
