(Sibley)– A Sibley man faces additional charges after he was arrested Saturday on a warrant originally charging him with probation revocation and possession of marijuana.
36-year-old Ellis Hargis was also charged Saturday with possessing contraband, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies found an item allegedly used to smoke marijuana on Hargis as he was being booked into jail.
He was being held on an 8,300-dollar cash bond.
