(Sibley)– A Sibley man has been charged with five counts of second degree sexual abuse.
Criminal complaints accuse 32-year-old Mitchel Duskin of sexually abusing a juvenile family member in several incidents alleged to have taken place between 2018 and November 2021.
Duskin was arrested on the charges last week and is being held in the Osceola county jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond. A court appearance is set for July 25th.
