(Sibley)—A two-vehicle collision Saturday in Sibley sent two people to the hospital.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says vehicles driven by 31-year-old Sally Forrester of Grimes and 39-year-old Michelle Perry of Sibley collided in the intersection of 7th Street and 5th Avenue.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to the Osceola Community Hospital for treatment of possible injuries.
$7,000 in damage was estimated to a 2005 Chrysler driven by Forrester; damage to a 2001 Ford driven by Perry was estimated at $3,000.
Perry was cited for failure to yield to a vehicle on the right.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Sibley Fire Department.
