(Sibley)– A semi rollover last Thursday in Osceola county injured a Pocahontas man.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 48-year-old Scott Faith of Pocahontas was driving a 2007 Kenworth tractor and trailer eastbound on Highway 9 and was attempting to turn onto a county road when the left rear tires of the trailer left the roadway, causing the truck and trailer to roll onto its left side.
Faith sustained incapacitating injuries and was taken to Osceola Community Hospital.
The truck and trailer, owned by Brown Truck Leasing Corporation of Des Moines, sustained about $90,000 in damage.
The incident took place shortly after 7:00 p.m.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Iowa State Patrol and the Ocheyedan ambulance.
