A Spirit Lake man is in custody today (Wednesday) after police search his home earlier this week. A search warrant was executed Tuesday evening by the Spirit Lake Police at 2301 Erie Avenue and led to the arrest of William Hawn.
Hawn is facing charges of prohibited possession of a firearm, which is a Class D Felony, possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
A court date has yet to be set.
