(Sheldon)— Two people have been arrested on felony drug charges after a search warrant was executed Monday at a residence in Sheldon.
According to court records, 43-year-old Donna Hinds of Milford and 62-year-old David Kamies of Sheldon are accused of drug possession. Hinds was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense and gathering where controlled substances are used, both class D felonies. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Clay County. Kamies was arrested on a charge of gathering where controlled substances are used, a class D felony. He also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
