(Sibley)– A search warrant executed Wednesday at a resident at 319 4th Street in Sibley resulted in several drug-related arrests.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the search turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
20-year-old Paul Davids, 24-year-old Joshua Welch and 20-year-old Matthew Hodapp…all of Sibley…were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited acts.
Davids and Hodapp were also charged with person under legal age; Welch was additionally charged with supplying alcohol to minors.
All three men were booked into the Osceola county jail. Bond for Davids and Hodapp was set at $3,600 cash; Welch was being held on a $4,300 cash bond.
