(Sibley)– A Sibley man faces numerous charges following a search of his residence Monday.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies executed a search warrant at 1012 Seventh Street in Sibley.
They allegedly found the occupant of the residence, 20-year-old Marc Gibbons, in possession of alcoholic beverages, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a road sign.
Gibbons was arrested and charged with prohibited acts; possession of marijuana; possession of drug parapheranalia; possession of a road sign; and possession of alcohol.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Department of Corrections.
