(Spirit Lake)– A search warrant executed around 4:00 p.m. December 18th on a Spirit Lake apartment resulted in the arrests of two people.
Spirit Lake police say the search was conducted at an apartment at 607 Lake Street.
46-year-old Kenneth Scott was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.
41-year-old Richelle Evans was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuna and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Spirit Lake police were assisted in the investigation by the Iowa Department of Human Services.
