(Sibley)– A search warrant executed Monday on a residence at 340 10th Street West in Sibley resulted in drug charges against two people.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies found a crystal-like substance alleged to be methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia.
42-year-old Joey Renken was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor; prohibited acts…an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. He was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $3,300 cash-only bond.
39-year-old Deidra Osberg was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. Osberg was also wanted on a Clay county warrant for forgery. She was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $5,300 cash-only bond.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in its investigation by the Spencer Police Department and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office…all members of the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force.
