(Hartley)– The search of a Hartley residence last week resulted in charges against a Hartley man.
A search warrant executed at 431 1st NW in Hartley resulted in officers finding what’s alleged to be a marijuana growing operation, marijuana plants and the equipment used to grow it. Authorities also seized what’s alleged to be dried marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
61-year-old Jerry Goetsch was arrested and charged with manufacture of a controlled substance…marijuana…a class “D” felony; eight counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp…a class “D” felony; possession of marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Goetsch was released after posting bond, pending a future court appearance.
The search was conducted last Tuesday (April 19th) by the Hartley Police Department and the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
