(Graettinger)– The execution of a search warrant on a residence in Graettinger resulted in authorities finding what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana and about 1,400-dollars worth of methamphetamine.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted at 307 North Cedar in Graettinger shortly before 2:00 p.m.
Those arrested include the owner of the residence, 67-year-old Gary Smith. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver…a class “B” felony; gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used…a class “D” felony; violation of a drug tax stamp…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
53-year-old Kelly Haar was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine…a class “D” felony; gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
And 44-year-old Norman Thomas was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
All three were booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
