(Graettinger)– A report of an out-of-control student has resulted in charges against an 11-year-old.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called around 2:42 p.m. Monday to the Boys and Girls Home in Graettinger.
Following an investigation, authorities arrested an unidentified 11-year-old student on a charge of fifth degree criminal mischief.
The student was issued a juvenile referral and was released to the custody of a parent.
