(Milford)– A rural Spirit Lake man was arrested earlier this month on multiple drug charges.
22-year-old Johnathon Barber was arrested back on November 11th of this year in the 900 block of Okoboji Avenue, or Highway 71 in Milford for public intoxication. Barber was also found to be in possession of what’s alleged to be controlled substances.
Barber was booked into the Dickinson county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance…psilocybin mushrooms; possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has just released details into the arrest that was made with assistance from the Milford Police Department.
