The charges stem from a search warrant the Clay County Sheriff’s Office executed November 17th of this year on Hofmeyer’s residence at 120 Second Avenue in Rossie. Deputies seized over a half pound of what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Clay County Attorney’s Office, Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement and the Spencer Police Department.
