(Estherville)– The Regional Wellness Center in Estherville is on its way toward meeting a 20-thousand dolalr fundraising goal in its “Partnership Giving Campaign For Everybody”.
It was announced that as of Friday, 9,360-dollars had been raised…just two weeks into the campaign.
The fundraiser is a joint effort with the “Excel! Estherville” initiative, which will match the funds dollar-for-dollar.
The money will be used to update equipment, increase the membership assistance program, increase opportunities for less-fortunate youth and to help ensure the financial future of the Regional Wellness Center.
The campaign continues until June 30th, 2010, but officials say they’d like to complete it as much as possible by the end of November.
