(Arnolds Park)– A major announcement regarding a partnership between Arnolds Park Amusement Park and RE/MAX Lakes Realty and RE/MAX Experience. Aaron Jones of RE/MAX Lakes Realty tells KUOO news they have committed $100,000 in support to the park…
“We’ve been working with the park for a long time and, you know, we’ve been contributing to the park a long time, and just wanted to do something bigger and better and we’ve been working with Jon. Jeff Carlson and his wife Rachel, my wife Brooke and I and of course all our agents. We finally put a deal together where we have a multi-year sponsorship of $100,000 which is no small figure, and we’re incredibly excited about it. It gives us the opportunity to be a major sponsor for one of the major concerts each year. Probably one of the things that’s the most exciting about this, Steve, is that we’re going to be hosting the first annual Tailgate at the Park. I believe it’s the week after Labor Day, Iowa-Iowa State. We’re going to have football all day; Damon Dotson is going to take the stage that night and we have a lot of work to do, a lot of planning, and we’re going to need a lot of help from the community for that. We’re just super excited to be able to give back to the park and give back to the community because that’s one of the major pillars of our business.”
Jones tells us about some of the other causes they’ve supported…
“We give back to the OPA, Children’s Miracle Network, we sponsor Art In The Park. Those are just a few things, but this is the largest undertaking that we’ve been a part of.”
Jones thanks their agents and clients for making it possible for them to do that.
