(Spencer)– A probation search has landed a Peterson man in jail on several charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies assisted the Department of Corrections with a search of 38-year-old Michael Lindgren’s residence. He was placed under arrest for a Department of Corrections arrest warrant charging him with violating terms of his parole. Lindgren was transported to the Clay county jail without incident.
Lindgren was charged with possession of burglary tools, an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop on the late night of Saturday, January 19th of this year. He was also charged with tattooing without a license, a serious misdemeanor, in connection with an alleged incident in the early morning of December 7th, 2012.
Lindgren is being held in the Clay county jail without bond.
