(Okoboji) The Pearson Lakes Art Center youth classes are coming to an end but Education Director Holly Zinn Hample encourages you to sign up now.
“We just have one more week of youth classes left for the summer next week and there’s still time, a few spots to enroll into that, all those classes next week to wrap up for the summer.”
Anna Youngers, who is an artist from Sioux Falls SD will be at the Center at 4:30 today (Thursday). Zinn Hample talks about what you can expect.
“Going to be coming in to do a demonstration and talk with oils so she is going to be starting that at 4:30, July 24th. A really enjoyable experience for those that like to paint, are interested in that or if they just want to watch her paint just to watch so it’s a really great event coming up on Thursday.”
This class is free for members and only $10 for non-members. There are still adult classes that you can sign up for through August so go to lakesart.org for more information or just call the Art Center at 712-332-7013.
