(Spirit Lake)– An iconic home on the west side of West Lake Okoboji is changing hands. In a post on Facebook, Tom Bedell has announced Peace Harbor has been sold, with closing set for late June or July.
In the post, Bedell mentions a number of functions and fundraising events he held at Peace Harbor while under his ownership, including 15 Entrepreneurial Institute events.
There’s no immediate word on a dollar amount of the transaction or as to who the new owner is.
