(Emmetsburg)– A weekend traffic stop in Palo Alto county resulted in charges against a Milford man.
The Sheriff’s Office says it stems from a traffic stop Saturday at the intersection of 420th Avenue and 360th Street in Palo Alto county.
Authorities say a subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Daniel Miller Jones of Milford on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Authorities say further charges are possible pending the results of tests being conducted by the DCI Crime Lab.
