(Emmetsburg)—An Emmetsburg man sustained minor injuries in a single vehicle crash Friday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says Daniel Condon of Emmetsburg was driving a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound on 490th Avenue when he lost control and collided with a guardrail. The vehicle then rolled down the ditch, coming to rest on its top.
Condon was taken by ambulance to the Palo Alto County Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. The vehicle was totaled.
Condon was cited for failure to maintain control.
The crash took place around 4:30 a.m.
