(West Bend)– An anonymous tip resulted in deputies in Palo Alto county breaking up an underage beer party Friday evening.
Deputies arrived on the scene in the 5400 block of 490th Street near West Bend and found some underage individuals there. Upon further investigation, two juveniles were arrested and released to the custody of their parents or guardians. One juvenile was referred to juvenile court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; the other was referred to juvenile court on a charge of possession of alcohol under the legal age.
