(Emmetsburg)– Minor injuries were reported Monday in a single vehicle rollover in Palo Alto county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Peter Gronebeck was southbound in the 3900 block of 410th Avenue when he lost control of a 2004 Ford pickup. The vehicle went into the east ditch and rolled once…winding up on its top, trapping Gronebeck in the vehicle.
Once freed, Gronebeck was transported by ambulance to the Palo Alto County Hospital. He was treated for minor injuries and released.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Ayrshire First Responders, Ayrshire Fire Department, Palo Alto County Ambulance Service and the Sheriff’s Reserve.
Authorities say the crash remains under investigation and charges may be possible pending the findings of lab tests.
