Oven Fire Fills Apartment Building With Smoke

(Spencer)– An oven fire Sunday afternoon filled a Spencer apartment building with smoke.

Spencer firefighters were called a little before 4:00 pm to 118 East 21^st Street. Upon arriving they found the commons area of the building filled with smoke. They made entry into an apartment and found burned food in an oven. They then ventilated the structure.

Firefighters were on the scene a little more than a half hour. No injuries were reported.
