(Sibley)– Two people face charges following a traffic stop this past Saturday in Osceola county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Josh Titus of Spirit Lake and 24-year-old Sydnee Johnson of Sheldon were both charged with violating a no contact order.
A press release says Titus was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd or subsequent offense and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into jail. Johnson was released after posting a $500 unsecured appearance bond; Titus was being held on a $6,000 bond.
