(Sibley)– A traffic stop last week in Osceola county resulted in the arrest of a Little Rock man on drug charges. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop September 5th. A subsequent investigation resulted in the driver, 41-year-old Eugene Alsip, being arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense, a class “D” felony, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
