(Ashton)—An investigation last Friday by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office into underage drinking at an address south of Ashton resulted in a number of arrests. Upon arriving on the scene deputies found several underage persons in possession of alcohol. 19-year-old Chelsea Garrison of Windom, 18-year-old Sean Renslow of Stuart, Iowa, 20-year-old Ryan Johnson of Elgin, Iowa and 19-year-old Jade Addengast of Ashton were cited for underage possession of alcohol.
Deputies also found what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 22-year-old Jordan Johnson of Elgin, Iowa was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Osceola county jail and was later released after posting a $1,300 cash bond.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
