(Orange City)– Multiple arrests have been made following ongoing investigation by the Sioux Center Police Department and the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say 48-year-old Efrain Ramirez of Sioux Center, 43-year-old Albert Hernandez of Rock Valley, 23-year-old Juan Marques of Orange City and 45-year-old Gary Stallings, 33-yeara-old Kandi Senski and 29-year-old Jehsi Boren, all of Battle Creek, were arrested Monday.
The arrests followed a more than month-long investigation into drug and weapon trafficking. Authorities say multiple search warrants were executed simultaneously at several residences and a dairy operation, resulting in the recovery of illegal drugs and weapons.
Ramirez was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and one count of child endangerment; Hernandez was charged with with delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of child endangerment; Marques was charged with delivery of a controlled substance; Stallings was charged with trafficking stolen weapons, second degree theft and felon in possession of a firearm; Senski was charged with trafficking stolen firearms; Boren was charged with trafficking stolen weapons, second degree theft, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of burglary tools.
They were all booked into the Sioux County Jail.
