(Okoboji)– A telecommunications company has the go-ahead to proceed with constructing a new commercial building in Okoboji.
The city council Tuesday evening accepted a recommendation from the city’s Design Review Committee for specifications for a new building Premier Communications plans to erect on Brooks North Lane, immediately west of Liberty National Bank.
The new building will consist of office space and a customer service center.
