(Milford)– Okoboji High School Senior Connor Cunningham who has been named a Commended Student in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. A Letter of Commendation from the National Merit Scholarship Program has been presented to him. This honor puts Connor among 34,000 Commended Students nationwide who are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Connor has been chosen for this award based on his performance on the 2021 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
This is the second award Connor has received in connection with the NMSC program as he was recently recognized through the Rural/Small Town Recognition program.
Connor is the son of Ryan and Jenni Cunningham and plans to attend the University of Northern Iowa to major in physics and minor in mathematics.
