Officials Say What Was First Thought To Be A Theft Has Instead Turned Out To Be A Civil Matter

(Emmetsburg)—Palo Alto county authorities say two open wheeled race cars along with a red car trailer, tools and various car parts that were reported missing previously have been located. They also say it appears the items were not stolen and that no criminal action had taken place. They say it’s a civil matter and that no criminal charges will be filed as a result.

The items were reported missing back on August 1^st from a residence at 5127 480^th Street in Palo Alto county.
