(Primghar)– O’Brien county authorities say they’ve completed their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of 14-year-old Kenneth Weishuhn of Primghar.
County Attorney Micah Schreurs says no criminal charges will be filed at this time in connection with the alleged bullying that apparently led to the teen taking his own life on April 15th of this year.
Schreurs says there is not sufficient evidence to prosecute any specific individuals for any specific acts against Weishuhn.
