(Orange City)– A northwest Iowa man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly making threats to a woman while a child custody exchange was taking place. The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Travis Twito was charged with first degree harassment after allegedly threatening the woman with serious physical harm. Twito was booked into the Sioux county jail. Authorities say the incident took place in Alton.
