(Orange City)– Authorities in Sioux county have arrested a man accused of having sexual contact with a child. The Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Carlos Ramirez-Chilel of Hull was taken into custody a little before 6:00 pm Saturday. He was charged with third degree sex abuse and lascivious acts with a child.
Authorities say it stems from an investigation into a report of a sexual assault that took place at a residence in Hull earlier this month.
