(Worthington, MN)– A nurse anesthetist is suing Sanford Health and a doctor after he allegedly was accused of groping a female patient in a Worthington hospital.
Craig Bergh filed his federal suit last week in connection to his firing and felony charges. A Nobles County judge later dismissed the charges for lack of probable cause.
Bergh alleges the defendants interfered with his attempt to seek employment. He also accuses them of defamation and malicious prosecution.
