(Spirit Lake)– It looks like quite a few Dickinson county residents will already have cast their ballots in advance of the November 6th election. Reiman says the 3,000 or so have voted absentee so far makes up about 24 percent of the county’s registered voters…(click here for comment from Reiman.)
