(Spencer)– NRG Media, the company that owns KUOO and sister stations KUQQ and KUYY in Spencer, is launching a campaign with the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation to promote the local economy and the benefits of living here.
The campaign will consist of public service announcements featuring local economic development officials, business owners and others.
The stations are donating 42-thousand dollars worth of air time to run the announcements. They will be broadcast through January.
