(Spencer)– The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation is putting out a call for nominations for their annual Business Recognition Awards, to be presented at their annual luncheon in January. Awards will be presented in several different categories including Small Business Excellence for fewer than 30 employees; Large Business Excellence for those with 30 or more employees, Entrepreneur of the Year and Young Professional of the Year.
Nominations can be based on various criteria, including contribution to local economy, recent expansion, new product or service, customer service, management practices and community involvement. Nominations will be reviewed and judged by a selection committee. All information is confidential and answers provided will be used solely by the judges for award purposes.
Nominations can be submitted via email at info@lakescorridor.com or may be mailed to the Corridor office at 520 2nd Avenue East, Suite 2, Spencer…51301. Nominations are due by 4:00 pm Monday, January 6th.
