(Rushmore, Mn.)– A single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 in Nobles county Sunday evening resulted in minor injuries.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 42-year-old Mario Alvarado of Worthington was eastbound just west of the Rushmore exit when he lost control on the ice-covered road. The vehicle went into the ditch and rolled, coming to rest on the passenger side.
Alvarado was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington where he was treated for a minor injury and released.
Moderate damage was reported to a 1994 Toyota he was driving.
The crash took place shortly after 7:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
