(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson County Emergency Management is advising no travel in Dickinson county as of 12 Noon today (Sunday).
Officials say visibility, especially in open areas, is now greatly restricted and whiteout or near whiteout conditions are being reported.
Officials in some areas are also warning of low hanging lines. They say some of those could come the rest of the way down in the stronger wind. Authorities urge anyone who should happen to come across a down line to stay away from it and contact authorities.
