(Spencer)– A traffic stop earlier this week in Clay county landed a Hartley man in jail.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy conducted the stop shortly after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on County Road B24.
Authorities say they determined a passenger in the vehicle, 21-year-old Damon Myers of Hartley, was in posssession of what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.
Myers was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was booked into the Clay county jail.
