(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been arrested in connection with an investigation into sexual abuse stemming back to July of 2023.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 42-year-old Nathan Kuster was arrested December 1st on three counts of sexual abuse in the 2nd degree, class “B” felonies. Bond was set at $75,000 cash only.
Authorities say the investigation involved the Iowa Department of Human Services, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa Attorney General’s Office.
Other details into the nature of the investigation weren’t immediately available.
