(Arnolds Park)– An additional name is being added to this year’s list of inductees into the Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association’s Hall of Fame.
Buddy Knox, who passed away in 1999, will be enshrined in the hall with 23 others who were previously announced.
The induction ceremony will be held as part of the annual “Induction Spectacular Weekend” this coming September 5th and 6th at the Roof Garden in Arnolds Park.
A Dan Matousek Lifetime Achievement Award will also be presented to Knox’s family.
Knox is being remembered as a great performer and person, and as a great supporter of Iowa ballrooms.
