(Spencer)– A Multi-Agency Resource Center, or MARC, is coming to Spencer. It will be located in the Tower Gate Pavilion at the Clay County Fairgrounds and will be open Friday, July 5th from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Saturday, July 6th, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
The MARC brings together various community resources to assist residents with recovery and re-building efforts. Participants in the MARC will include Community Housing Initiatives, Red Cross, Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Spencer Hospital, Seasons Center, Samaritan’s Purse, Crisis Canines, Care Connections and many others.
